The customer has the statutory right to cancel an order (or any part of one) within a reasonable period of time from receiving it. If any such incidence was to occur, any goods to be returned must return to KingOfTheRaw.com in the same condition as they were sent, and all cancelled goods are returned at the customer’s expense. Please understand that it is not possible to refund any postage costs (or a part of costs) already paid out in sending your order. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
Please notify by email before returning goods, and you will be advised you within one working day of the return address for the product(s). The cost of any cancelled product(s) minus postage costs will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Returns and Damaged Goods
As stated above, you must notify by email of any returning goods through change of mind, damaged deliveries or missing items within a reasonable period of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement. Returned goods will be accepted after confirmation by email from KingOfTheRaw.com. This email will contain details of where to send your returned items, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is also advised that you should send them by an insured courier. The cost of any returned product(s) minus postage costs will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
