The privacy of all offline and online customers is extremely important, and under data protection law, can guarantee your personal data is safe. No personal information is sold, traded or given to any other company or party outside KingfTheRaw.com. All customer information is gained by forms as part of the buying process.

Any information received is used for two reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly, to help create a better service and understanding of customer needs and requirements. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1984, KingOfTheRaw.com follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given in order to prevent unauthorised access.

Payment is taken via Paypal, and all payment by credit/debit cards will be handled by Paypal. Customer card details will never be known, and therefore not stored either. Paypal is used so as to guarantee a secure payment system, so your online payment transactions will always be protected by the latest security technologies.

General Product Information

From time to time a product may be unavailable, and whilst KingOfTheRaw.com makes every effort to regularly update the status of stock, due to the nature of ordering offline and online, the online system in place may not maintain an up-to-date stock status. When stock reaches low levels, or for products that suggest stock may be low or may require specialised sourcing, it is advised that you email ahead to ensure what you would like to order is available. Any such email will be answered within one working day.

Complaints

While it is very rare that anyone would wish to complain about the level of service at KingOfTheRaw.com I like to make it very clear how to do so if you feel you have the need. Please email with details of any problems you may have experienced and the very best will be done to put right your expectations of this business. Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days, and if possible it will be resolved within a week. All complaints are and remain confidential. General feedback is also welcomed, as this allows improvements of ongoing service(s) to you.
